Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

1. Member Registration and Management

   Verification of intent to sign up, identification/authentication for membership service provision, maintenance/management of membership qualification, prevention of improved use of service

2. Service Provision

   Creation and management of Memory Jars, writing/saving memories, sharing/inviting Jars, provision of notification services

Article 2 (Personal Information Items Processed)

The Company processes the following personal information items:

• Required Items: Email address, Name (Nickname), Profile Image
• Information Created During Service Use: Service usage records, access logs, device information

Article 3 (Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information)

1. The Company processes and retains personal information within the personal information retention/use period in accordance with laws or the period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the user.
2. Upon membership withdrawal, personal information is destroyed immediately. However, if it is necessary to preserve it according to relevant laws, it will be preserved for that period.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company principally does not provide users' personal information to external parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:

• When users strictly prohibited it in advance
• When there is a request from an investigation agency in accordance with the provisions of the law or according to the procedures and methods set forth in the law for investigation purposes

Article 5 (Rights, Obligations and Method of Exercise of Data Subjects)

Users can exercise the following rights as personal information subjects:

2. Request for correction in case of errors, etc.
3. Request for deletion
4. Request for suspension of processing

The exercise of the above rights can be made to the Company through writing, email, etc., and the Company will take action without delay.

Article 6 (Measures to Ensure Safety of Personal Information)

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the safety of personal information:

1. Minimization and training of employees handling personal information
2. Restriction of access to personal information
3. Encryption of personal information
4. Technical measures against hacking, etc.

Article 7 (Chief Privacy Officer)

The Company is responsible for the overall handling of personal information processing, and designates a Chief Privacy Officer as follows for complaint handling and damage relief of information subjects related to personal information processing:

Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy applies from the effective date, and in case of addition, deletion, or correction of changes according to laws and policies, it will be notified through announcements from 7 days before the enforcement of the changes.
