Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in connection with the use of the time capsule memory storage service "Foldin" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by KL Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Formation of Service Use Agreement)

  1. The Service Use Agreement is formed when the user agrees to these terms and completes the membership registration.
  2. The Company may refuse to accept applications falling under any of the following items:
    • When using another person's name
    • When providing false information
    • When other application requirements set by the Company are not met

Article 3 (Contents of Service)

  1. The Company provides the following services to users:
    • Creation and management of Memory Jars
    • Writing, modifying, and deleting Memories
    • Jar sharing and invitation features
    • Opening Jars on a set date or by unanimous vote
    • Memory export feature
  2. The Company may change the contents of the Service, and will notify in advance in case of changes.

Article 4 (Obligations of Users)

  1. Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
    • Identity theft
    • Modification of information posted by the Company
    • Transmission or posting of information other than that determined by the Company
    • Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
    • Defamation of the Company and other third parties or obstruction of business
    • Posting obscene or violent content
  2. Users must comply with relevant laws, these terms and conditions, and usage guidelines.

Article 5 (Restriction of Service Use)

  1. The Company may restrict the use of the Service if the user violates these terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
  2. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any obstacles to service usage caused by the user's fault.
  3. The Company is not responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, materials, and facts posted by users on the Service.

Article 7 (Others)

  1. Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
  2. These terms and conditions are effective from January 20, 2025.
